You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Content not created by Conabe LLC is subject to licenses of the respective copyright/trademark holders.

3. License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to play the game.

4. Early access

Project Colored Mountains is currently in early access. Features, content, and performance may change as the game is updated.

5. User conduct

You may not use the game for illegal activities or to infringe on the rights of others.

6. Disclaimers

The game is provided “as-is.” Conabe LLC is not responsible for any damage to your hardware, data loss, or other issues caused by running the Game.

7. Modifications

Conabe Games may update or modify the game or these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
